    This site is great! Linda you are a wonderful writer! If you have time once a week (probably hard to come by free time) you will probably easily develop a following if you do a blog of your adventures and successes.       Hi,
      Yes, It’s true, we are making a fresh egg pasta with farm eggs and organic wheat flour from Lindley Mills (they are in Graham NC). We make a Tagliatelle cut pasta noodle, and a five cheese Ravioli. It’s all delicious. Come to Cobblestone this Saturday and try it!
